Free meditation talk

Thursday Sept. 10
Want to learn to meditate? Think you can’t meditate? This class is for you!

This introductory class is for you if you have always wondered how meditation can help you lead a happier and more peaceful life but didn’t know where to start.

September 17 to December 17, 2015

These meditation classes are based on Kadam Lamrim, the stages of the path to enlightenment.

Through these meditations you will gain a deeper experience of Kadam Dharma. This will help you overcome all the obstacles to your peace of mind and solve all of your daily problems.

The main goal of this series is to help you to increase your confidence so you can meditate on your own and without guidance. It is for all levels of practitioners and will help you deepen your meditation practice.

Although presented as a series, these evening meditations also stand alone. You are welcome to drop in to any or all of the classes. No pre-registration is required so there is no need to book in advance.

Previous experience is helpful but not necessary. These classes are suitable for everyone.

Everyone is welcome!
